Dear all,

we are mov­ing back to “real life”: After months of lock­downs, we feel it’s time to tru­ly “get alive” and find our full flow again – in our­selves, but also in con­nec­tion with the oth­er and the world. So, we invite you to our next adven­ture – onto our “play­ground”: On July 29, we launch the new edi­tion of the inter­CON­NECTme train­ing – and it is ded­i­cat­ed to the theme of alive­ness and the zest of life.  For many, the pan­dem­ic brought about a cer­tain “damp­en­ing” of our life ener­gy. To some extent, we might have even “unlearnt” to spon­ta­neous­ly and deeply con­nect with oth­ers. This course is offer­ing space and ways to come back to our nat­ur­al joy of relat­ing with oth­ers and to our full vibran­cy and life force.  It’s time the mole comes out of his bur­row and enjoys the sun again 🙂

You will meet “real” peo­ple: The course starts July 29. We intend to hold it in per­son, in the beau­ti­ful sem­i­nar cen­ter and nature place in Weyarn near Munich. We will only start once we can meet in per­son. In the unlike­ly case that start­ing in July is not pos­si­ble we will start on Sep­tem­ber 30 in Weyarn.

The course con­sists of 6 mod­ules that focus on alive­ness and con­nect­ed­ness.

Here are some of the ques­tions we will explore togeth­er:

• How can I bring more live­li­ness into my per­son­al rela­tion­ships and my pro­fes­sion­al envi­ron­ment?
• What does close­ness mean for me? How can I expe­ri­ence and cre­ate more close­ness and con­nec­tion?
• Where do I feel ful­ly alive and con­nect­ed? What do I need for this?
• What stands in the way – and how can I open up more?

Learn­ing con­tent will be con­veyed through cre­ative approach­es (dance, body expe­ri­ence, cre­ative arts, …) and prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ences. In addi­tion, diverse the­o­ret­i­cal impuls­es from the fields of psy­chol­o­gy, body­work, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, and spir­i­tu­al­i­ty com­ple­ment the prac­ti­cal work.
