We start on April 23rd and you can join from home
We hope that you are all fine and finding good and creative ways to navigate through these challenging times.
After much consideration, due to the uncertainty of the general situation, we have decided to start the interCONNECTme Process Facilitation Training on April 23rd as planned, but the first seminar will be an online course format. We warmly welcome you to join us.
We think that in times of self-isolation such a group and the topic „Connectedness“ could be supportive for everyone.
A balanced mix of on- and offline elements
Of course, we will not spend three full days in front of the computer. Therefore we will adapt the seminar and timing accordingly. We put together a balanced mixture. On the one hand there will be video online meetings in groups, in teams or in pairs. On the other hand we plan enough silent reflections, meditations, body and perception exercises which you can do on your own and about which you can exchange afterwards online, again in video group-calls. Furthermore we will also hold online lectures. In addition to the seminars we are planning to offer an evening online group meeting biweekly – as part of the training.
Competency for today’s world
We believe the competency to do online process and group facilitation will become more important and this training offers an opportunity to practice this together.
We are very much looking forward to the beginning of the training.
If you are interested in joining the training but due to the current situation experience financial challenges, please contact us and we will work out a doable payment plan together.
Also, if you have questions, you are very welcome to contact us.
Warmly
Nina & Christof
