We all wish for successful, joyful relationships, yet we often end up, privately or professionally, in a muddle of incomprehension, of separation, or of isolation.
This course is aimed at individuals who are interested in developing and promoting a form of communication that enables contact with their own deeper self. It involves the whole person and all aspects of their identity. Our goals is for participants to develop a fresh view on and new ways to relate to themselves and to others through a deepened experience of connectedness. They can then apply this in their personal as well as in their professional environment.
Connectedness is understood in this series of seminars in a wider context – in the sense of “inter-connectedness” or being embedded – and also includes nature, the world around us, and the relationship not only with one’s self, but also to what is greater than ourselves. We explore and practice an inner attitude that allows space for connectedness as well as a relationship with the immediate experience of the moment. This attitude includes the “intangible”, the “non-linear”, the contradictory and that which is still evolving. By taking this approach, we enable our character to develop naturally.
The focus of our work is on personal experience and the reference to everyday life. Therefore, the practical and individual exploration of the topics receives special attention. A variety of theoretical impulses, models, and ways of thinking from the fields of psychology, body work, spirituality and communication complement the practical work. The group processes are based on Arnold Mindell’s “Deep Democracy” concept – a non-hierarchical culture of dialogue that arises from the awareness that all participants and inner aspects of a process bear the key to common development.

This seminar series comprises of six modules. In each module, we focus on specific aspects of connectedness, relationships, and communication. The seminars have a varied structure and are based on practical exercises and theoretical concepts. Everyday relevance is very important to us.
Each module starts on Thursday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon. The fourth seminar, which focuses on the group, begins on Tuesday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon.
In the first module, we deal with the question of our own space and grounding. Various models of connection and connectivity will be introduced. Some of the topics explored will be:
The second module is dedicated to the topic of “being with myself”. The basis of every living relationship and every sincere communication is that I am in contact with myself and understand myself on a deeper level. Since we are spiritual, physical, and emotional beings, being in contact with ourselves means not only knowing our thoughts, but experiencing and feeling all levels of our being. In this seminar we work on self-perception.
In the third module, we explore the numerous dynamics that arise when we are present and in contact with someone else. We speak here of the quality of relating to one another that goes far beyond dialogue. This presence also includes the sensate experience of the moment (“felt sense” as bodily awareness, Gendlin 1978) and the spiritual aspects of our being. Central themes that we look at from different perspectives (energy dynamics, effects on the body, emotional reactions, effects on one’s own vitality):
At the centre of the fourth module is the group, the we. In a playful way, we feel and experience the dynamics of the group. In addition to practical exercises, we are guided by the energy within in the group.
Topics that we deal with are:
The fifth module deals with the topic of “me and the world”. We explore how we see and experience our place in the world and our relationship to it.
Amongst others, the questions are:
In the last module, we deal more deeply with the spiritual dimension of our existence. Amongst other things, we will deal with the following topics:
In addition to the content we use, we also integrate topics that arise in the group and from the group process.
For the time between the seminars, we provide online module-related food for thought and further material. This can be completed on a voluntary basis. In addition, personal reflections can be sent to us on which the participants receive feedback.

The experience of connectedness and belonging is the basis of fulfilling relationships and of authentic and successful communication with our fellow human beings, our environment, our professional environment, and finally to ourselves. This training is aimed at those who want to support change processes, and are aiming for greater connectedness and successful communication in counselling and consulting professions, management tasks, and teamwork.
As a process facilitator, the development and experiencing of connectedness is a prerequisite, a secure hold and a means of initiating and supporting processes of change. We understand connectedness as a state of being which includes, and also goes beyond, linear connection. It points at an ever-deepening experience of being integrated into the web of life.
In this course we explore and practice connectedness and an inner attitude that enables us to accompany individuals or groups in their processes. It is an inner stance and presence that allows space for a relationship with the moment on a physical, psychological, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This attitude includes allowing the “intangible”, the “non-linear”, the contradictory, and that which is still evolving.
The group as a living organism is an important component in the process of learning and development. It is also a tangible support and travel companion on our individual path.
We work using an approach based on Arnold Mindell’s “Deep Democracy Concept” – a non-hierarchical culture of dialogue that arises from the awareness that all participants and all inner aspects involved bear the key to joint development.
The course comprises six modules. Students practice their role as facilitators by focusing on specific aspects of connectedness, relationship, and communication in each module. We focus on the following topics and their role and impact in working with clients or as group facilitators:
In addition to the content we use, we also integrate topics that arise in the group and from the group process.
For the time between the seminars, we provide online module-related food for thought and further material. This can be completed on a voluntary basis. In addition, reflections on internship sessions can be sent to us. We will give you feedback on the reflections.
The course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn or deepen individual or group process facilitation involving body awareness in order to support individuals, groups and teams on their way. Applicants should have the following skills and experiences:
A short written letter of motivation and a personal interview with the course leaders are part of the admission process.
The modules (each Thursday 6 p.m. to Sunday 2 p.m.) take place at seminar center Domicilium in Weyarn, near Munich except the for one in November 2021.
The course will be held with a minimum of 16 participants.
The Domicilium Weyarn seminar and meditation house is situated on a river near the forest, in the quiet and idyllic Mangfall valley. It has been run by the Snela family for 30 years. It is located about 30 km south of Munich and can be easily reached by train or from Munich Airport. In addition to spacious seminar rooms and inexpensive single and double rooms, the seminar and meditation house offers a hearty food and vegetarian dishes using local ingredients.
These are bespoke team building and communication courses for groups, organisations and companies that focus on experiencing and improving the underlying dynamics of personal, interpersonal and intra-team interaction and look at leadership and organisational development from the viewpoint of connectedness.
The lightness of being …, it may have sometimes got lost in the past year. We want to bring it to the foreground again:
The next edition of the interCONNECTme training is dedicated to the theme of aliveness and the zest of life. It is offering space and ways to come back to our natural joy of relating with others and to our full vibrancy and life force.
The course is aimed at all those who want to revive and deepen their aliveness and connectedness in their private and professional lives; who want to explore, grow and develop new perspectives and approaches to life within themselves and with others. Learning content will be conveyed through creative approaches (dance, body experience, creative arts, …) and practical experiences. In addition, a wide range of theoretical impulses from the fields of psychology, bodywork, communication, and spirituality complement the practical work.
Questions we deal with:
Our relationships are impacted by energetic dynamics, which we are often not aware of. In this training we look at how to deal with our own energy in a way that strengthens ourselves and at the same time strengthens our relationships. Further, we explore practices which help to develop our intuition, perception skills and the ability to get in touch with the “felt sense” of a situation.
The training content includes concepts of connectedness, the creative work of Anna Halprin, the meditative movement practice “Conscious Movement” and non-dual and Vedic concepts about our energy body and the inherent potential.
We explore and understand connectedness in a larger context–in the sense of “inter-connectedness” or “being embedded”. This includes nature, environment, society and that which is greater than ourselves.
Further, we will teach practical tools to stay on track with your inner growth processes and to be able to apply them in your private and professional lives. Those who seek aliveness and connectedness will also meet in themselves their wounded parts and those self-aspects which feel disconnected, rigid, or split off. In this course we explore and practice ways to meet these aspects in a healing way in order to support ourselves and others.
The group processes are based on Arnold Mindell’s “Deep Democracy” concept – a non-hierarchical culture of dialogue that arises from the awareness that all participants and inner aspects of a process bear the key to common development.
